Randy and Vince have been best friends since junior high school and back then, they were inseparable and shared many dreams for the future. Their strong bond included fast cars, rock & roll music and hot chicks.

As they grew older, Randy took a few sidetracks on his career goals but always had the support of his friend Vince. One wish that Randy did fulfill was to buy a rare used 1965 Buick that he hoped to fix up. However, his car has been sitting and collecting dust at his parent's house, and unfortunately, Randy hasn't had the time or money to fix it up.

Vince wants to help his best buddy realize their childhoods dream of owning a hot rod with a stereo that blasts rock & roll and possibly finds that one "hot chick!"
